I was wondering if a arms from the 04/05s will fit the 06's. Just curious.

Yes, it will.

You can use the 04 spindles as well, and they are the preferred choice over the 06' spindles.

Honda should of said you have to use the 04 spindles if you are going to put 04 arms on a 06. The 04 and 05 upper arms are 9mm longer then the 06 because of the spindle change.

but if you are using aftermarket arms can't you make that up by adjusting the caster/camber. 9mm is not much. will they bolt into the spindles.

If the builder gave you enough adjustment then they should work.
