They were cleaning up the overgrown retention pond next to my house. The operator of this excavator wasnt to bright.

Yes i took these, its right next to my house, first pics were camera phone then the second set are digital camera. The bush isnt on fire its just the way the sun was hitting it.

The big pile of crap is stuff they already dug out from around the machine. Then the blue and green machine is a "Swamp Gator". It is just like that spider like machine in Toy Story. It can sit on the ground or be jacked up a couple of feet. It is one cool machine. The need a dozer or payloader in there. The tracks on the cat are doin nothing but spinning. What sucks is im gonna miss all the action cause ill be at school tomorrow.

Wow, that thing must be stuck from suction. I know that the boom is strong enough to lift that gradall up when its on flat ground. It probably wont be out by the time you get home from school tomorrow!

dude that thing is crucially stuck. I bet they will ahve to bring in a crane to lift it up out of the mud. thats proally the only way they will get it out...

same thing happened at the marsh that i work at thing sat there for a day and sanked even further. there was a gravel road right next to where it was stuck and we were able to get the tracks on to some solid ground.

i seen that happen with a bulldozer once in a coal dam. the thing sunk right up to the cab. it sat there for months until the dam dried up enough for them to drive it out. there wasn't enough room to get any other equipment in to help get it out because it was in the bottom of a stripping pit.:huh

um i dont even know if a crane can get that out. they will probably have to drain that ppond or whatever it is and wait until the ground dries out.

they can get it out by digging around it. I have seen MUCH larger machines stuck and dug out.

Niiiiice !!!!

We had the same thing happen up at our cottage with one of my uncle's pieces of machinery . He was filling in part of a swamp we had out front with his excavator , when one of the tracks came off . This thing was buried up to the cab . It took us a couple days to get it out , but we managed . It took a combo. of using the bucket to lift the machine up and pulling with a big Volvo dump truck to get her out ... but she came out !!!!!

Skidders are a blast !!!!

You pick a route you want to go through in the bush and you go . Knock over the trees and climb the rocks .

I remember us searching for swamps just to see if we could get it stuck . Man those were fun times !!!!!

That reminds me of when me and my brother went behind our old house and little did we know my dads friend had buried some stuff deep in the ground. The ground was extremely soft but the ford never had any problem goin back there before so we took it and it instantly sunk. While it was only a 2004 F150 we still had to get my buddies front end loader to pull it out. Ahh the good ol days

Good luck getting that out.
