When i move my bars i have play in them. Meaning when i move them a little bit they move w/o the tires moving. Is that right? Im thinking it the stops inside the steering stem. The bearing in the steering stem were replaced not to long ago too. Any ideas?

Check the nuts on all your tie rod ends. If they are loose, it will cause the steering problem you are describing.

the tie rod ends r probably shot....back in the day when i had a polaris xplorer 400 i had to replace them all because they were worn out and the handlebars would move without the tires movin. hope that helps

fill the ends full of thick grease. this should make the play less noticible if that is whare it is coming from.
