Swing Arm Bearings

I just got my (all balls) swingarm bearings the other day & I guess its my next project what I was wondering is should the old ones be pressed out or can they safely be tapped out ( I heard the stock arms are very brittle ) the last thing I need to do is damage it when Im tryin to fix it .

I forgot to mention the main bolt was just out about a month ago & is covered in antiseize so we dont need to start a mansize thread about seized & stuck bolts!

most of them come right out with a properly sized brass punch or a socket flipped around

O.K. thanks man I didnt think it would be a big deal but when you hear something negative its easy to beleive the worst.
