Got New Wheels & Tires For My Z71

well i orderd a set of 15x10 eagle alloy tires off ebay. They came in today and i went and had a set of 31x10.50 dunlop mud rovers put on. All in all i have right about 900 dollars tied up in tires and wheels alone but hey I LOVE THEM!!!

That looks good, throw a cowl hoof on there, imo the standard cowl hood look great on these trucks. I'm ordering one for mine some time lol. I got American Racing Nitros, on BFgoodrich all terrains.

yea well im not big on money right now but in the future....within the next few months shes getting

straight pipes cuz i dont have the $$ for flowmasters, intake, bull bar, projector headlights, clear corner markers, and clear signal lights

the other tires/wheels are 265/75r16

whitewalls in blackwalls out in my opinion. i have a 97 chevy z71 pretty much yours and plan on getting 15/10 mickey thompson simulated beadlocks rolling on 33" destination mt's we have the destination at's right now in 26/75r/16 and they are awesome and pretty agressive for an at tire so we are goin to go ahead and get them in a 33 and mud terrain.

plan on getting either a 3 inch body lift or a 1 of the new skyjacker 3 inch suspension lifts to get that truck to fit 33s

i was going to go with a super swamper 33x12.50 with 16x10 wheels but i was going to have to spend extra for a 3 inch body. So i just went with these....all in all i have 957.00 tied up in wheels/tires now

dude if your going to get rims too....def go to this guy on ebay....my wheels came with free lugs/caps/valves 379 with free shipping he is excellent

I ran into some problems with my wheels they were posta been here monday but apparently the 6 lug wheel is a popular model so they were on B/O and he didnt get them off B/O til monday. He over nighted them to me FREE OF CHARGE and i had them sitting on my front door step wednesday morning when i woke up

yea like i said shipped fast, wheels were just as described they arnt factory blems so they are flawless if i had to do it over again id choose the same guy

actually my mom has a 2000 tahoe z71 and she likes the looks of my truck with the 15x10s so much that shes thinkin about another set of 15x10s for her tahoe

im like good mom go for it, the whole 20, 22, 24 inch wheel thing on suvs is over played and hella gay. Be a rebel and do something different

I went with 16X10s and a 3-Inch body. All in all it came out pretty well. I still need to bring the rear bumper up with the body and get some gap gaurds.


I plan on doing a rebuild this winter. Probably fix some cosmetic things, gear swap, PCM tuning, freshen up the ole' 350 with an intake, cam+springs, and either new heads or do some headwork, and a vette servo . If I still have some $$ left I'll get some clear corners and parks, along with some better headlights.

33's will fit at stock height, they just rub aliitle and may require some body mods. here is my 92 wi 33's before custom 3" suspension lift.

um if you donate the money to my foundation called "BROKE WHITE BOY FOUNDATION" ill be more then happy to slap a 454 motor in it and a flowmaster sound system

furthermore i dont want/need a 454 so it can drink more gas hten what it does now....F that small block is a better motor anyways
