I tried a few searches but did not come up with much.

So, is anyone running these bars, if so are they worth the money. $300.00 is steep but if it cuts down the knuckle fatigue then it might be worth it. I only ride dunes and towards the end of a big weekend they really get shreded and it hurts my hands to ride fast, and I hate to go slow just because its ruff.

You could find any post on the flex bars?:huh

Theres a ton on this site. All the replys I've read basically say that they're the best thing since sliced bread. I think you'll be more than happy with them.

Okay the bars seem to be awsome and everybody loves them for racing mx/xc.

If anyone has ridden with them in really ruff dunes I would like to hear if they help much in cutting down that tipe of vibration or is it more for bigger bumps and sudden shock loads.

The bars work well in any condition they take a lot of the vibration out felt from normal bars and work just as well as an antivibe stem..

do you have an anti vibe stem? you could buy a stem for as much as those stinkin bars! seems like an anti vibe stem and some fat bars would work fine.

I'm wondering if anti-vibe stem and Flexx bars would work well together, or if you would end up with a "spongy" feel.

I have had an antivibe stem with tag bars. I have Flexxbars with a stock stem and I feel that not only do the flexxbars reduce vibration but they also hinge which lessens the stress and impact on your wrists arms and shoulders.

an antivibe stem and flexxbars won't feel "spongy" because you don't feel the bars when they hinge while riding.

I have a stock stem that I p.c. right now and would like to keep it.

Colby do you have the higher rise quad flexx's, or the dirt bike model.

I've been wanting to get a +1 steering stem, does anyone make bar clamps for a stock stem that are an inch longer? and will work with the fatter bars?

From what I've read most people say that the flexx bars make a huge difference over just a anti-vibe stem, and when used together its its really smooth.

Right on, I will check it out.

Do you think I will be better off with a riser bar mount and the "dirtbike" style flexx bars or the "quad" bars and stock bar mounts?

I run the dirtbike bar with the trailtech riser and my wife runs a the std moose universal riser with the dirtbike bar. We both have 450r's I am use to running a cr style bar if you aren't use to that you might want to go with the atv bar.

Thanks for the info on the clamps, I think I will go with the 1 1/2" or 2" rise clamps and get the cr style bars. this way when i do get an anti-vibe stem everything will be legit.

Lookin forward to haven some cushy bars!!!
