i dont realy wont to bore my fourwheeler out but i wont more power i was thinking myb a stage 1hotcam?

You can add just the cam but you'll get more gains if you add a high comp. piston with it. The piston can be a stock bore;)

for a good 406 or 416 you need:
a good piston the correct size :JE, Ross or wiseco ( 86mm for a 406, 87mm for a 416)
A cometic flexsteel gasket kit
A hotcam will compliment the piston well
someone to bore the cylinder,
and someone to do the work if you can't

i would go witha JE piston if i were you. They are pretty light so you'll rev faster, and the wiseco isnt that accurate, compression wise because its designed for the xr motor.
