How much would it cost to get a box well made that has like a 12" sub and amplifier and tweeters and new regular speakers to put in a truck etc. (well built)

Depends on the equipment used really.

Most shops are going to charge about 100 bucks for a empty prefab box. So probably around 150-200 for a custom box upholstered( carpeted ) to match.

As far as mounting mids and tweets in the box, I would have those mounted in the doors instead....unless you are wanting something reminiscent of the "Kicker" boxes. If so, why not just order a set of those for your truck from someplace like crutchfield.

Back to your question though, it depends on if you use a $50 sub, or a $700 sub, and if you run expensive amps or the flea market variety.

All depends on your budget. I mean you can spend 5000 on a system or as little as a few hundred. For a box, you dont necessarily need more than one sub, as you do not gain a whole lot of SPL by adding another driver.

A single 10" or 12" driver with a decent amp in either a ported enclosure would be more than plenty. Speakers are always a good upgrade over stock ones, and if you don't have an aftermarket headunit I would strongly reccomend one.

Whenever I get my truck next year I plan on getting a system and I don't mind spending money on it because I want it to be done wright and to sound good but I don't plan on spending 5g's I just want to listen to something that sounds good

I was thinkin about either jl audio, alpine, or kicker, or any other that are nice

JL Audio, Alpine, Kicker, are pretty pricey stuff. I mean granted they are high quality, but trust me check out the link I posted above. I had them all Alpine, JL, Elemental.
