where can i get a bottom rod bearing? i looked on sevice honda and they dont list one. do i have to buy a rod kit? any help would be appreciated.

Crankwork is generally not something you can do yourself. I'd send it to a crank shop and just have the whole thing rebuilt and trued.

The lower rod bearing and thrust washers from an 84-86 CR250 are the same, and 87-91 should work also. Honda used to list them as available in a rod kit part #13200-ka4-740 which is the rod and lower bearing, the thrust washers were not included in the kit but could be bought separately, part #13202-ka4-741. If you can find these you can have a completely OEM short rod crank. This is a much higher quality rebuild than you can get an aftermarket rod kit. These parts may be discontinued now, but you might be able to find them with a little hunting.

That kit should also have the crank pin.
