me and my buddies have bought a bunch of crf450 engines from pro gncc rider andy lagsdinz(sp?).andy is a member here and is a top notch guy.he will tkae care of you.i built my crf hybrid over last winter and bought the engine and all components from him.

if your looking for used stuff try andy anyway but not sure if he deals with used stuff.otherwise go to:

i wouldnt brag about quads though, they look down on us quad riders but just use em for what you can get from em.

theres 1 or 2 on ebay at any given time,expect to pay $1400 and up though.thats a small block chevy crate motor!:eek2:

his screen name is ANDY LAGZDINS, if you go to the 450r section there is a sticky were he did a right up on a 450r build up.
to buy all new stuff will run around $4300 or so.that includes the motor and all the crf compents needed to put the crf in a quad chassis.serice honda is more expensive then andy.if you plan on keeping this for a long time buy new.it will pay off in the end.
