aftermarket exhaust flanges

are aftermarket exhaust flanges worth the money for 250r's?....my stock one leaks like crazy so i'm thinking about getting one....does anybody have any experience with them

I use a healthy dose of hi-temp silicone sealant on mine, and rarely ever spring a leak at the pipe. You just have to make sure to keep it at the flange, don't let it squish or drip into the exhaust path.

That is what I do and recommend. Do you still use the exhaust gasket ring with the hi-temp silicone?
