which is better the ballance series or the sport hmf series for the 400EX

same sound and the ballance is adjustable which is meant for racers. I guess it would also work great for other stuff too. its just meant for racing.;)

I would get the Queit race series they sound low but I heard they pull hard on the bottom end and have good overall power someone even said they lithe qrs better than the Ballence

Heres the breakdown:

The ballance comes with a core that you can insert into the silencer which supposidly smoothes out the torque. (You are unable to run a quiet core with this inserted)

The sport series has the same characteristics of the ballance minus the core.

The QRS is a bit odd. It is rated at 100db and you are unable to add a quiet core. This is a problem because the quiet core brings to to about 96-97db which is about legal for rec. area. Most all HMF pipes are about 105 db plain.

the ballance sounds a-lot better than the reg sport series

both should sound the same because, if I am not mistaken, the only difference is the optional torque core.
