Do you mean if all your levers will still fit on a fat bar? If so the answer is yes, they will. Oversize or fatbars are only 1 1/8 near the center of the bar then they eventually taper off to the original size of 7/8 bars at the ends.

...and if you're asking if they will still reach with high bars, yes, they should. The stock bars are of pretty good height as they are. What bend are you looking at?

Yes, everything should work then. "Fat" bars are 1 1/8" where they mount to the clamp and then "taper" down to a normal 7/8" by the grips. The cables should reach fine and everything as long as you don't use a longer stem.
