agreed, low and wide. also used a flat profiled front tire like the Titan Fast Trekker and use the 18" cheng shins on the rear. i'm running 1" original gold studs and on the inside of the tire i have a drywall anchor, they will not pull out anymore. it may be overkill, but i don't want to be pulling studs out. heres a couple of pics.

thanks, i've heard of people using some type of lock nut. then i starting thinking of a cheaper way, for $3 bucks you get 100 anchors, i cut them down a little bit because they were longer than they needed to be, then i just threaded them on with a good sized pliers. you can get one on every stud except the last rows. you need about 100 #4-6 x 7/8" anchors (the yellow ones pictured) and about 400-500 #8-10 x 1" anchors (the white ones pictured).

i'm not planning on it. for my fronts i just use 1/2" studs so they dont go all the way through. the rear ones shouldnt leak, i'm gonna mount them next week sometime so i guess i'll know then.
