MX 440ex PART OUT ? LOOK

I am thinking about parting out my MX 440ex. I would like to make sure i have all the big things sold before i part it out. there are some prices next to the parts. Tell me if you interested and i will make a list. first come first serve. i prefer paypal. I CAN TAKE PICS OF ANYTHING ON REQUEST, JUST LET ME KNOW.


Mod list:

Engine: $1200 (comes with carb)
-wiseco 12.5:1 high comp piston bored to 440cc
-full port and polish
-new valve guides and springs
-Brand new EBC race clutch with heavy duty springs
-Stage 2 web cam
-I always changed the oil and filter on regular basis and always ran Honda full race synthetic
- full White brothers R-4 exhaust with the big headers and pro-megaphone-$350
-K&N filter-$20

Chassis:
-PEP ZPS triple rate from shocks just rebuild by Mark Baldwin as of July 05-$600
-+2 houser a-arms-$400
-+4 Duralble eliminator axle-$230( i will goive you all the warranty info)
-Fully gusseted frame-$450
-yellow powder coated frame
-Klaw Mx tires all around on douglas .190's all have about 90% tread left- all 4-$250
-DG nerf(come with the frame)
-custom double wide foot peds
-front brakes Calipers
-almost brand new 2003 swingarm- $100
-carrier- $40
-rear brake system-$80
-Front brake calpiers-$80
