I have an 04 rear brake caliper that is giving me trouble on my YFZ. Ok.. I'll try and decribe what it is. Not the main part that pushes the brake pads together but the floater part of the housing that moves and rubs up against your rotor when pads are too worn has seazed up. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and if so, how do I rebuild it so I don't have to buy a new one?
I appreciate any info.

what style rear brake setup are you using a a round housing with yfz stuff or 250r?

just take it apart, clean it, grease the sliding pins up real good, and put it back together. Then keep the pins lubed.

it is possible he may have rolled the o-ring in the calliper

I am using the stock YFZ 04 Caliper. I figured I could just take it apart but when I tryed turning the allen screw for the pin it kept breaking the allen. Thanks
