I have a 2000 300EX which I am selling to a buddy. It has had a crack in the swing arm but was welded and i have had no problems since, and the steering stem is slightly bent. It has brand new tierods, a-arms, front and rear shocks, tires and rims, stock pipe, lights assy, and plastic - all new all stock. Strong motor. I told him $1900, thinking that is about right? Am I around the general price range?

how many hours on the motor?

1900 seems just about right mabey even 2000

Everything is stock, motor is about 6 years old, never rebuilt, doesnt smoke but has been raced two years. Dont know about total number of hours, but im sure its quite a few.

a 2000 300ex goes for about $2500 in a honda dealership but they'll only give you like $1900 for it so i would tell your friend $2100 or so sounds about right b/c you could sell it to a dealer for some where around $1900...
