I have asked the question about rossier and sparks but since then i have heard good things about the Nmotion pipe? and even those Dasa pipes look nice but which is going to give my 05 R the most bang for my buck?

I can't say I've tried very many pipes, but I love my Rossier. It's very well built and makes great power.

I heard that Dasa exhaust makes around 1 peak hp over the Rossier. I don't know if this is true or not. I have a Rossier short can now and I love it. Alot better then my old sparks big core!

I have to say after trying the pulse charger, rossier, sparks and nmotion pipes, I'm going back to the rossier. It seems to make the best overall power. The sparks was the only pipe that I immediately did not like. The pulse makes great power all the way around, but the thing weighs so much it's like strapping an ancor to back of your bike, not to mention the crappy "strap" that holds the stinger on the quad. After one mx race it was loose and ready to come off! Bad design in my opinion. The nmotion seemed to make huge power in mid to top but is super loud!! Keep in mind what motor combination you are running. I have a 520 so what works for me might not work for you. Good luck on your decision and I will probably be selling my nmotion in the near future.

I have an 04 and started out with the LRD pro 4 then went to the Pulse Charger (wow what a difference that was) now from all the research and actual ride time that I have had with one I'm getting a Rossier short can. The PC and Rossier have similar hp but I need a lighter can for what I'm doing with my bike. You can't go wrong with either one of those pipes, if you can find a PC your lucky because their going out of business.

better reason to get a Rossier!:D

What's the difference in a Rossier Short can and a Rossier log can. Is there a power difference in the two or what. I was kinda lost on which after market exhaust to get but from listening to you guys talk in this forum, my mind is made up to get the Rossier exhaust for my 05 TRX 450. Just need some clearance on which to get, LONG or SHORT can?????? Any help would be greatly appreciated.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v651/tavaresclover/100_0686.jpg

Before I installed the exhaust, I polished the stainless header on a buffing wheel to a chrome-like finish; then, after the first warmup, if dialed-in correctly, will turn to a golden brown color. If once the engine runs lean, the header will dis-color towards wicked blue color.

You can also send it to Jet-Hot coatings...they have some great looking coatings...

The Sparks BC is a great pipe, the DASA pipe seems to be putting out the biggest numbers...One pipe not getting any mention is the N-Motion, which was actually built by a racer named Kevin Giggot in the beginning, and if you can get one of his pipes, not an NMotion but one of his "one off" pipes, that I might add are near impossible to get ahold of, whataya know, its one of the better pipes out there, all top-end, basically a 4 stroke drag pipe, loud, loud, loud.

I take it you have not had any opportunity yet to dyno your setup for a/f, is that true?

One reason why I ask is because everytime I dyno'd my setup, I saw a "blue" condition when my pilot was too lean

id go for the DASA pipe :macho

The long, and short pipes have two differences, the short is louder and make a little more hp, and the long is quit, and a little less hp for the trail guys!
In the next couple of days, i will have the Rossier pipe pictures up to see for the 2006 trx!
