I am ready to drop my frame off to get it powdercoated and gusseted. I would also like to get my hubs, a-arms, rear caliper and steering stem powdercoated. I also was interested in having you set the subframe up so that it will accept a bolt on grab bar. Do I need to take the steering stem bearings out of the frame? Do I need to take the bearings out of the front hubs and a-arms or can you do that? When would be a good time for me to drop it off? Tomarrow or Sunday would be good days for me if they are ok for you. I also need directions. I will be coming from Front Royal, VA on I-81 North so I just need to know what exit to take and what to do once I get of the exit. Also can I get an round about price of what this is going to cost?

Thanks,
David

The only prices I do not see on the list are for the rear brake caliper and the gusseting on the frame. I have gotten the directions from map quest. so I should not have a problem finding your place. Would it be better for me to come on Saturday morning or Sunday morning? It does not make any difference to me so whatever is best for you or your wife. I am going to go with a Candy Apple Red on the frame, hubs, and rear caliper or a similar color that you have in stock. I am still deciding on the steering stem and a-arms. I am open to suggestions. What different types of rear grab bars do you offer? I am also looking for a new front bumper which of those do you offer? Do I need to put a deposit on the items that I am getting powdercoated when I drop them off or I can I wait and pay in full when I pick them up?

Thanks,
David

Burgard standard are the cheapest i know of, and they are $400 complete. Burgard also sells a new HD arm that features much improved ball joints that runs $545

I am a dealer for Walsh,LSR, Roll Design etc, but once you get over $550 we may run over your alotted budget.

I am also very sorry I did not get to chat with you, I caught this nasty cold yesterday and it has me down:( I would have walked out but I didnt want to make you sick.

I am interested in the Burgard A-arms. I am not sure which ones though. $550 is definitly all that I want to spend. What is included for the prices that you gave me. Is the new HD arm considered their premium a-arm on their website? I was on there looking at the pictures and reading and was wondering if that was the difference. Let me know what you can come up with. If I buy these a-arms can you cut me a break on the powdercoating?

I understand when your sick your sick. Dont worry about it.

Thanks,
David

I will probally go with the HD +2 standard a-arms for $549.00 as long as you cut me a deal on the powercoating. Also, not that I can afford it right now, but what would a Burgard Swingarm cost me.

Thanks,
David
