just go to your local dealer and pick one up. they cost like 3 bucks, if that.

i kinda cant cause i got my license suspended for a speeding ticket thats why i just wanted to get one of line

Thats stupid your going to end up paying like 10 bucks or more for a part thats smaller then a inch. Go to the dealer.
