How are ct racings 330 or 310 kits? also how does their porting pipes performance and Just work overall compair to good builders? I want a fast bike that will easily beat modded 450s in a drag but still have ok low end. I dont want a pv because I like the rush of the powerband hit. Any advice appreciated.

I have a ct 330 kit on my r and I love it. lots of power. its definitely faster than my 450r, and so far it has been reliable.

I have a ct 350 pv and I love it . My experience was that their customer service was not the best, but I have been really happy with their work.

Personally I would go with ESR, they have great performance and their customer service is number one in my book!!!

How's the low end power?
What kind of port job is on it?
Thanks

I've been very happy with the lowend power of my 350 pv motor. I got a midrange port job and pipe with a 38mm airstriker carb. I went with a midrange motor because I mostly trail ride. I have 20 inch rear tires and stock 13-38 sprockets, and I can lug the quad over bluffy spots that my brother has trouble with on his 450r. It has a very wide power band with almost no hit at all. You can roll through a corner in 3rd gear then roll the throttle on and your off no slipping the clutch like I use to. I think CT does really good work, I've been happy with them.

from what I have gotten to ride it I would have to say...the power is a little uncontrolable...the power band is like a switch...it might be me..I have been riding thumpers for a long time....

I love my 330 kit, i have a midrange port job and pipe. I can run it a gear high and when i need to nail the throttle and lift the front end. I ride mostly desert and sand. It takes off like a rocket. As for customer service, i live in so cal and make the 25 min drive over to the shop but when i have just a quick question i can call and ask for the owner Alan Knowles. He will be able to help you with any questions you may have. i would suggest going with an after market clutch however. I have some problems with mine slipping but i think that is just how i adjusted it and havent had time to fix it.
