Try adjusting your Internet Security Settings under Tools/Internet Options/security tab.

i have seen on many occasions this issue being caused by your clock date being wrong.. adjust the year to 2005 and that should fix your issue

Normally when ur clock date is that far off it means either it had been shutoff for a really long time and the bios in it start to run down because their like batteries that keep track of wat time it is when it's shut off

thats just a windoze thing. its just telling you that the security certificate can not be valdidated my microsoft. its just telling y ou that if there are errors on the page it can not be blamed on microsoft, or internet explorer. There is nothing wrong with your computer. Just click yes and except it. there should be an option somewhere to not show you this everytime and its ok to check that becasue there are alot of sites that are not "approved" my microsoft. If you keep getting these errors I would recomend downloading Mozilla. Its so much better than internet explorer.

Hope this helps.

How old is your computer? You should think about replacing the small flat battery on ur motherboard cause thats what keep s track of time while your computer is shut off or unpluggeg. Judgine by how far off it is i think it might be time for a replacement

2001 and 1998 are commom dates that the system returns to after getting infected with some sort of spyware.. i would scan your system using adaware SE it could also be a CMOS battery issue, however your system clock would never be right or slow or you will have to change the time to current every boot.. i would not change the battery unless you are having this issue often...

glad i could help let me know if there are any more problems.
