if u cut the air box lid like the hrc do u have to jet it?

if i put a 170 main jet in do i have to change any of the other jets?

i cut my lid just like the HRC and have a full yoshi pipe and a 170 mainjet and it seems to run the best like that.

can i use the stock air filter if i cut the lid?

iiii wouldnt think you could. Im not sure if the stock air filter would let enough air flow or not. I would go with an aftermarker filter just to be safe..
