blaster aint runnin rite?

one of my friends bought a blaster that had some problems. we fixed most of them except one thing.it starts sometimes but most of the time you have to pushstart it.when it finally starts, it doesnt have any torque or powerband.barely enough power to move it. it revs ok if the clutch is pulled in.we cleaned the carb a couple times already. whats wrong here?

Sounds like it has no compression. Needs piston rings.

piston, rings, and top end gasket set. I would wait to order the parts until you take it apart because the cylnder might have to be bored.
