Hey I am bored and have nothing to do cuz Im temporairly(sp) out of a quad... I was wondering how a shortened stock silencer would work on a 400 ex??? I was thinking grind the welds ojn the header.Get some tape, mark off the silencer and cut into the silencer, trim the baffle keep the s/a in it and weld the end piece back on... I will not be doing this to my quad but a buddies... Dont worry about me messin everything up in there cuz he is currently running a dg(I know I know). Oh and how about trimming the header like tom does??? Would that help it any???
