Anyone else install a kicker on there YFZ and add the Hot Start cable. I have the GYT-R Cable and I hooked it up the correct way but??? Compared to the Honda with it's hot sart mine seems to stick. It is a brand new cable and I have made sure it is routed right so that it is not binding but it just seems like it doesn't work to well inside the carb. Anyone have any opinions or ideas? And yes I know I should have never taken off the electric start so please no rude commits.

I got the hot start also. I use cable lube that helps to free it up, and i would look into a ASV clutch lever with the hot start on it. Works way better

I had to reroute my cable to keep it from sticking.

I do have the ASV lever with hot start. I actually took it off and cleaned it up. The little plunger inside the carb was sticking open and the little spring was not enough to close it up. I guess I'll just have to keep that baby way lubed. When it sticks open it's almost like your riding around with the choke on. Thanks guys.
