I need some stronger tie-rods. I did a wheel flip recently and just using common sense thought that I would need some stronger tie-rods, any suggestions?!

most susp[ension manufactures sell tie rods, just order what length you need.

any idea what suspension company makes a good for the money tie-rod? i don't want the absolute best, but i want them to last.

they have seemed about the same to me, i usually keep a few lengths here for folks that need them after they tank thier quad into a tree:p

they are $20 each, chromoly construction, tig welded etc. all i need is a length measurement (or whoever you buy them from)

houser, roll, walsh, LSR, burgard all list tie rods

Hertz Racing makes a killer set of stainless steel tie rods.

asr thats american star racing makes a set with a lifetime structural guarantee. they are chromoly and you can get them to fit anything with any lengths. they run about 45 bucks a set but they do have warantee. if your looking for them at a great price they are everywhere on ebay and i use them with my plus 1 arms and have a stock 450 set and a 400ex set they are awesome.

The .5" solid shaft tie rods, as shown above, are not as strong as the ones made from 5/8" OD chromoly tubing with TIG welded tie rod ends.

i dunno about any other rods im sure there are stronger rods out there but since ive found these and my new aftermarket arms are not name brand they didnt come with new rods to boot so i stuck with stock tie rod ends and these rods. i dunno how tough they are but to me a lifetime warranty is enough for me. you cant beat that in my opinion. its kinda like buyin a new curtis sparks pipe they may perform a little better than a duncan if any better but duncan has lifetime guarantee. and thats the winning factor in my opinion
