400ex antifade on R

will my 400ex antifade nut work on my 450R, besides that i will need toget a 400ex rotor?

I doubt it. I believe the 400EX rotor is a pretty good bit larger than the 450R. It will fit over the splines but the EX rotor is too large and the 450R rotor won't fit due to 3 bolt holes compared to 4 on the EX.
