I have a question about exaust for an ozark

I have question about the exaust on my 2003 suzuki ozark


my question is, is it possible to build my own high flow header and silencer using the origional flanges and tubing such as cutting off the origional silencer. where it connects to the pipe
and weldin a stock silencer off of a ltz 400. the header would also come off of the ltz 400?

also what jetting would be good for that bike?

and also is a performance CDI or brain box nessesary?

u could cut your header of after it comes around the engine and then weld the z400's header on their. u could make almost any muffler work on any quad. i jest made a hi flow slip on for my 400ex a cupple days ago and it was easy and it looks kinda like a tc.

im thinking about making a high flow header for my 400ex to by running 2 400ex headers on the engine

so i will look at it tonight
i have basicaly grown out of the ozark and need it to go faster with out spending to much money.
