My 400 has a je 440 kit, port and polish, full yoshi pipe, and a stage 3 cam. It is popping and it is cutting out when i cram it wide open before a jump. I think im running around a 160 main and im not sure on the pilot right now. What do i need to go to?

sounds like you are too lean, do a plug check
