I just ordered a FMF Powercore IV SA and does anyone know if its really loud or is it somewhat quiet cause if its real loud its gonna raise h*ll with the neighbors. Also when i rejet should i have to move the clip on the needle along with new jets. Any tips on the rejjeting part would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

depending on your altitude. move your needle clip down one and try around a 155 or so main jet. about a 40-42 piolet jet. it will probally tell you in the instalation mannuel.
