I have been thinking my dad owns a warehouse and we have 2500sqft just sittin there. We were thinking make shirts for companys. Or like bussiness shirts for people, hats, jackets sweaters. It has to be somthing that we can do with dollies or little carts because the ceiling is only 9or10 ft tall. any sugg on what to do would help

i actually think that t-shirt printing business would be a good idea. my good friends uncle just invested into that. hes makin shirts for the schools football teams and what not. stuff like that. he said hes gettin more business each day. not a bad idea...

just rent it out or sell it. That woudl prob be the easiest way to make money from it.
you could also turn it into a self storage facility.

have you ever heard of moto tees
they make GNCC t-shirts you can make quad and bike shirts and put GNCC-racers on them and sell them all weekend at the GNCC track

In my opinion, if you just have 2500 sq feet of warehouse and you can't figure out one way to turn it into a money maker you have no business sense what-so-ever. You'd be better off just selling it.

Never knew you had it divided up in segments. You shouldn't have rented it seperate like that without other pending sales. In my dads 2-24,000 sq foot warehouses he has them fully rented out to subaru.

we have it divided by three and one spot is rented to a recycleing company and the other is to a trucking compay. thats how it was when we bought it last year. now there is space in the middle and we are trying to rent it but we also are trying to think of somthing we can do
