cutting out

ok guys i went riding last week with the sparkarretor out it ran fine all day.During the week my baldwin hotstart cable came in. now i went racing to day and evrytime i would get on it it would cut out and sputter. any ideas wiold be nice.thanks guys

did you rejet when you took the spark arrestor out? If not you will want to richen it up a bit.
