Contacts?

Ok i just got contacts this week and was wondering wat it would be like to where these and if other people do in a race? Like if you have to take your goggles off because of to much dust or mud, would that be a problem and be worse for your eyes if you didnt have contacts in? Also if this ruins the contacts its no problem bc i get new ones every two weeks.

ya i run with them

i try not to dump goggles so i protect them with anti-fog

but mud is a different story not a lot of issues but it will hurt the eyes if ya have to get rid of them

also run some roll offs on goggles so you will have clear vision most of the time

I try not to dump the goggles but if you do and get roosted it wil make your eyes hurt especially if your racin

if ya know your gion to get roosted use that visor on your helmet as a shield even if you have your goggles on
