i want to put a 300ex motor in a 400ex to race aircooled. i was wondering how hard will it be or if it will be kinda simple to do the hybrid? and how is it done?

i have a 400ex frame/subframe forsale if you need one....

i have seen it to. It was fast too. im looking for more of a rolling chassis or hole 400ex though.

??? the 400ex is aircooled. Why wouldn't you keep the 400ex motor?

91-300 aircooled an im sticking to my 300 cuse i have like till june then i get to ride my dads z400.

Ahh.. gotcha.

I'd just improve the suspension on the 300. Of course you could probably get a 400ex rolling chassis already setup for about the same price.

There's lots of room in the 400ex. You'd just have to fab custom motor mounts, and you should be set. We had a guy in the sport class with a 300ex motor in a 400ex frame.

Basically give yourself a dollar value, and see what your best options are.

i already have all aftermarket shocks and a-arms wat i need now is motor mods,

wat do u guys sujest. and i have to stay 300 or under?
