in the future i want to buy a edelbrock carb and i was wondering what size do u need for a 35.5 carb, it is a stock 03 400ex. i was looking at one in the dennis kirk cataloge and was wondering if this is a good place to buy it or should i just buy it directly from edelbrock. please give me your replys if it is good or bad.

Not to mention the long throttle throw and stiff throttle.

Mine has worked great since day one. I am thinking of buying another one for the motor we are currently building.

i was just thinking do u guys run in dusty conditions maybe thats why it sticks sometimes. aint the edelbrock carb a needle carb whats the difference between a needle and a jeted carb.how much did u guys pay for yours, in my dennis kirk cataloge they sell the edelbrock carb for $425.00 is this a fair price for it.

when I bought mine, I got the quicksiver off ebay for 200, and sent it to edelbrock to look it over clean it ect. I also had them bore it out for a 416.

I used the stock boot on my yfz but the stock carb was a 39mm. I think we just used a blade and removed a little bit of the rubber for a good fit.
