My 250r, because not many people can say they have built a legendary machine from boxes, to ripping on an MX track.

It's mainly because ever since I was little I looked at the 250r's as just one of a kind, and today I still do. Nothing can compare to an R, to me.

I really liked my 92 Suzuki LT 250r ... I didn't want to get rid of it but school was more important .

But I guess the nicest I've owned is my 04 YFZ .... basically cuz I bought it brand new , have hardly used it and did all the mods myself . :)

after i bought my vinson i bought \/ that 230.....the first motor blew the rod, and shatterd the piston, the second motor started to smoke then i blew the shift drums. it was a bike that you just beat the heck outta and didnt care about. everything was bent or broken, but you should have seen it when i got it.....

right now i really like my vinson and 400, the vinny is like no other its 100% custom, and wheelies like no other....3000$+ worth of work in it.

my favorite bike will be a nice 450r without a doubt.

I have had a cannondale for a year, but I bought it blown up. I will have 4 or 5 grand in it when its complete and it will scream - reliably. Im guessing that once I ride it, it will be the nicest bike I have owned, but I can't be sure yet. Here is a pic of the only time I have seen it in one piece. I took it apart that day and its not back together yet. I uploaded that pic on 1/30/2005. Ive just been riding buddies' bikes ever since. Ill be on a cannondale next week if everything goes well. All Ive really got left on my list is suspension and an extra set of wheels and tires, so you can imagine what ive done to it. Ive got about 2 grand of extra motor and exaust in it. They tell me it should be plenty fast for me. Ill be sure to get lots of pictures on next week.

chigger how in the hell did u dump 4-5 grand into a cannondale to make it run reliable.this is the stuff that gives dales a bad rep.we have 6 and havent done that and thats with falicon cranks wiseco pistons etc.

I guess I should refrase that. I currently have $4113 in the complete progect! Definitely not trying to hurt dales rep. I'll edit my post. I started with a fx400 with a crank that had failed. And the $2000 in motor work includes labor, Timbo stroker crank, updated bearings, new piston and sleeve, pipe, air box mods, porting, valve work, stage 8, 1000 update, and all the recomended cannondale updates. I was just meaning that I am doin the job right. I have struggled with the electronics system trying to make my machine run. I rebuilt it myself only to have a pro trear it down and find that my motor work was done correctly. The harness was just giving me fits after going through the whole process, and now its being replaced with a 1000 system. I have nothing good or bad to say about the reliability of these quads because I havent even ridden my own yet! I obviously dont doubt them too much because I have made an investment in mine.

ok ill get mine posted saoon btu i have a question.i see a growing trend of mis matches tires like holeshot rears and kenda fronts and was wondering why.i have both kinds kenda and holeshots.i have a new set of holeshot fronts and a new set of holeshot rears but dont like the idea of them together because they dont match.any advantage or what.let me know

Tires aren't like a set of shocks theres no need to "match" the front and rear. It's all personal preference really, I like how long the kenda fronts hold up and how they steer. And I prefer the mxr rears over the other tires that are out there...
