i taped it to get a nice round edge then used a marker to draw a line then i used a grinder and a dremel to cut it and get it smooth. i need full fenders again cuz i started to race xc and its a lil muddy

its great i love it but it is a lil bit muddy and i uzed a a saws all and smooothed out the edges with a bit of sand paper

I hated it. Would never do it again. Just my $.02

felt like i was driving around in a box b4 i cut the front end. i like it better cuz i can see my front tires easier and it looks better to.

i would definaly cut your fenders its not muddy i raced many mud races and it not bad and for reason when i cut then i felt that i had more control on the ground and in the air dont listen to them do it

actually i shaved a set lastnight (a buddys yellow ex) they look identical to mine

just take a piece of tape and where the plastic starts to come up from the nose start it and then go up to the highest part of the fenders then start to roll it out to about an inch 1/2 underneath the plastic pin

Mine are very similar to johnhydufus. I cut mine so the lower brackets located near the bottom of each fender could be removed.

These mounting tabs broke before I shaved my fenders. Picked up too much heavy mud when jumping at an mx track.

use some eletrical tape and outline the cut you want to make and if you dont like it, change the tape line. I used a box cutter and just made several passes getting deeper every time until they came off. then i used a dremmel to smooth out the edges. i really like mine cut cause like previously posted, you can see the tires and dont feel so boxed in.

no i jest stook 2 more on and the total is around 80 stickers!

i dont get it though people r saying that i have alot of stickers on that plastic but on my plastic with out the lights has more stickers.

must be the red graphics

use a grinder with course sand paper and use some thin sand paper w/ no grinder for to smooth the edges....
