ok so i just got my 450r yest. well it acts like it doesnt want to run. it will go for a lil bit then when it goes to idle it was just die and not crank back up. could that be a bad battery? (yes the gas is on and it has gas in it)

They usually come out of the factory with the idle turned down. Adjust that a little bit and see how it goes.

i'll try that but im skeptical it already left me stranded at the end of my road 2 1/2 miles from my house in the middle of nowhere so i had to push it back.

Should have bought the kicker...

Jp bro.. Try the idle nob. When mines turned down it will sometimes shut off. I dont know why you cant get yours to start back up though? Id say battery.

figured it out. it turns out u guys were right.. it was idled down too low for such a high compression engine. the reason it wouldnt crank is it was pulling too much juice while i was tryin to start it. idled it up road it for a hour or 2 and it was great. thanks for helping a newbie out though
