Yesterday I piped, jetted, and put a proflow airfilter on my 06 . The jetting was 162 main, stock pilot, different needle, and 2 turn out on air screw. It dosent seem to run quit right. Has a flat spot in the middle and seems weak on top. also air box lid is off and the pipe is a HMF. Any suggestions?:(

It might make a difference with full or slip on but here is what I've done so far wiith full HMF system .Stock air filter.162 main jet,48 pilot jet,HMF needle in 3rd slot and two turns out(+or-) on the air/fuel screw I got from ATVADDICTION. I tried 175main (too rich)pipe GLOWED bright red.160,not as much glow but less GO!162 main seems to be the best so far but now with the colder air temps might try 165. Seems to run differently each time I try to find the right combination.I guess I'll know the right one when it happens.

Almost forgot,I used the HRC kit airbox lid from my 04 and it performed the same on or off altogether.

Yes,I was surprised. All my stuff fit but the clutch bracket for the slave cylinder for Magura hyd. clutch. probably some other stuff doesn't fit but I can't think of any right now.

I did go to HMF they said they were having a flat spot also. I forgot to mention that it pops on deceleration.
