the 450 is ready!

Well, I'm doing my first motocross races on Sunday to get my feet wet for next season. I'm going to do Amatuer B and Open B and see what happens. I'm just goin out to experience this whole thing, i cant wait. My quads come a long way since I got it just a little over a year ago. The pics didnt come out so hot but its cold out and i was in a rush. Winter plans include a LT set-up and Axle. After that, the motor, and i'm done (i think) :p . Wish me luck.

you have to go very slow and be precise with it. you cant rip the tape, you have to cut it. You can always seperate the lens and paint the inside black, thats what my buddy did and i like his better. It took me a WHILE to do. If i get a chance i'll snap a close up.

Yea i know that. My friend dosent race, he just did that for the look. it looks bad az$. I taped mine origionally so if i got roosted, it wouldnt break from a rock...the same reason they tape them for races. Over my winter rebuild, i'll be puttin on a hood, but i will miss my taped headlight, lol! :blah:

3rd overall, B class. first moto i took off and i was second from the holeshot but an effin yamaha dove in and i clipped his front tire and ate it. i managed to get right up and go on to pass one rider. overall, i'm pleased with my first race. Could it have been better? for sure. could it have been worse? absolutely.

joey, i didnt see your post till this morning. its was alright. A, B, and Vet actually raced together so it was kinda mixed up. PLus we were race 12 and 24 so you could imagine what the track was like with all the bikes.

The light will still break its just to keep shards of glass from going all over the track when it does break.
