type F

Anyone running type F tranny fluid in their R gearcase? It's a popular item with banshee owners (which I run without fail) and doesn't seem like it would be any different with other two-stoke motors.

I run dexron mercon in my 250R......works fine.....

tranny fluid works great, theres less friction, but you have to change it after liek every ride.

i run klotz 2-stroke transmission oil

yeah ATF type-F works great but you do have to change it after every ride. it cannot handle the heat of the transmition. i only used it a couple times because of how quickly it breaks down.
