Help!!

Ok, i just bought my yfz 2 days ago. I live in south dakota and i bought it in denver. WHen i brought it up here it runs like sh**. The previous owner took the baffel out and is running it w/o the air box lid. And also i had it running for a while and the pipe was red hot. It backfires very bad. Is it just the jetting or is my motor shot????

It is just the jetting, sounds like it is way too lean. The head pipe glows, that is normal. Just play with the jetting and you should be fine.

definately jetting, what is the elevation where you are at?

i dont think ur little gerbile on its wheel inside your engine is getting enough fuel:o
