I ride wheelies and do some donuts and stuff, but I just get more excitement out of curves than I do anything else.

I love the 750...didn't think I would.

I had a CBR 929 and wanted to step up to a gsxr 1000 or similiar. The deal for the 750 came along and it was too nice to pass up so I went for it....Glad I did. I still would like a 1000 when I find the right one, but the 750 is way better than the 929 was.

It can deff. hold it's own with the big bikes.

I like the twisties too, but here in VT it's hard to find a good road where it's safe to do some good cornering. Plenty of corners, but the pavement is in horrible shape in most places. Oh well.

I can't get enough of wheelies though....it's amazing how much people like seeing 'em too...haha.

i feel ya with the wheelies, but i dont do basically any stunting on my bike, dont know why but i dont! do plenty on my quad but i guess i just really dont feel like going down any time soon...:ermm: but i do love getting my knee down:p got a buddy who had his 1000 stolen, got a 750, and said he is much happier with the 750. basically all he said was that he can lean it like a 600, but it still has balls like an 1000 (but not quite obviously) check out sportbikescene.com, quite a few of my closer buddies are on there, plus there are pics of chicks with bikes, there is also a gallery that is open only to members that have 25+ posts, and trust me, its nice:devil:

Yea 600's are bad about feeling like they have a powerband, from my experience bigger bikes don't have that and have a lot more lugging power. I have rode an r6 and they are bad about coming in hard at 8k, I didn't really like it all that much. Honda and Suzukis aren't near as bad though. I have a buddy that has an 04 600rr and he loves it.

I had a Z1000, but sold it to pay off my some bills. I now ride a DL650 (more practical) as a commuter.

That's one plus of the Honda it doesn't have that hard sudden hit like a yamaha. Smooth power all the way through!

That's a beautiful cbr you have, Is there anyway you could post a video or anything that could show the sound of your exhaust?

Was at work(a grocery store) yesterday and the second day riding it to work some ******* hit it and knocked it over!:mad:I work in the parking lot lucky and I was out there at the time, i see the guy backing up(new F-150) i think no big deal and turn around. Then i hear the very distinctive sound of a bike hitting the ground i snap around to see the mofo scanning for people that might have seen this then rolling away. I step in front of his truck and yell "HEY" he rolls down his window and says "is that your bike son?" I say "your damn right it is you have insurance" so he parks and gives me his info, He did help me pick her up though so he wasn't a COMPLETE dick. The Anti-vibration weight in the handle bar snapped(already went to parts at the local honda and it cost 47 bucks) then he scratched the blinker, carved up the right side engine cover$$$, scratched my rear cowl$$$, bent my rear brake and pegs$$$. all that plus the $75/hr for labor. He is going to be paying out of his *** for this one.:grr:

On a 600:huh What mods did you have done when you ran that time, I'm talking lowered strapped and everything. Most people, I said most, are lucky to go 10s on a 600 and the only riders I have ever seen go low tens are pro drag racers.
