Right main bearing

I'm going to put an OEM 88 crank in my 86 cases. My question is Honda calls for beraing size 86=(63/28) and 88=(63/28-cs30). Is there a differance? What one to use with 86 case? What year bearings off of the CR's had 8 ball bearings instead of the R's 7?

one year of the R i think 89 has 8 balls the one cal atv are 8 balls

i just got new non honda ones yesterday and they came standard with 8 balls .. yet my 89 came out with 7's ? should of been 8's according to service , anyhows you'll probably find any non honda 63/28 you buy has 8 balls .. expect they were all upgraded some time back ..

just make sure you get 'c3' fitment ones (this is how tight they fit onto the crank )
