ok i turned 16 soem time ago and have been driving a 93 s-10 with 230,000 miles. it has the 2.8 v6 and manual 5 speed but its not fuel injected so its still a dog. it runs pretty good and there is realy nothing wrong with except the rocker panels are pretty much gone from rust. i was contemplating selling the 400 and the truck to by a used mustang. mostlikely an older gt preferably a 94 since it the newerish style. the insurance would be around $250 a month and i would have to get another job most likely at kmart or somethign like that.do you think it would be worth it or should i keep the little truck that could

Well around here , vehicles usually rust out long before they actually die because of all the salt they throw on the roads during the winter time and the different climates .

But ya ... usually until the engine blows or something major lets go . I once had an old Ford Escort ( ya you can laugh) that I drove until the block cracked on it ... I also had a Ford Topaz ( laugh again) that I drove until the rear suspension came through the trunk . My dad had tied it up with some haywire and said it was safe to drive .... I drove it to the scrappers and they gave me $50 for it .:devil:

My buddy use to drive an 88 CRX, kind of done up, but the frame was cracked in half by the door, and to keep the door closed you had to put the window up, so to open the door you had to open the window... You could feel the back end bend out due to the frame.

I'd say drive the truck till it doesn't start/go anymore!
