Oil Cooler Horse Power?

Does an oil cooler from fst really add horsepower?

i would assume that they are refering to the fact that the lower operating temperature will help keep horsepower from being robbed by the heat. a motor operating at lower tempertures will (in most cases) make more power than an engine operated at higher temperatures
