i was wondering what the different porting does to reliablity. I am looking at the esr 330 or 350 kit. i do only sand riding so i was thinking the trx11 porting. is it any less reliale tHAN THE trx7 porting. also since i ride the oregon dunes there are also a lot of trail so i was wondering if the 11 porting would make it to hard to ride in the trails.

also if i get the 11 porting would it be okay to get the midrange pipe. i know that you should get pipe/ porting to match but im not shure that i want all that top end for when i want to ride the trails a little.

the trx11 is all top end and from what ive come to know about there port jobs there all like light switches. that port job demands you rev it alot to make power that means reliability will be lower.

I would recomend a 330 over the 350 it will last a little longer. try to get a all around portjob those size motors have power everywhere, I do think the 330's rev a bit higher then the 350 though.

so i should get the 330 with a mid range port but how about using the trx 11 pipe with that? or should i just use the midrange pipe to match.

I would go with the TRX 5 centermount pipe with that to give more rideability and usable power. The TRX11 pipe might be a handful on some trails.

yeah that pipe will turn any motor u put in on into a lightswitch... its fun for a while but unless yur dragging a lot the arm jerking powerband at the extreme upper RPM makes riding in trails a real pain in the...arms.

by the way for the best price and porting go C-Liegh-Racing
