banshee torque specs

helping my brother in law put his banshee back together and we hit a snag. we don't know how tight to tighten a few bolts, and they look like the ft/lbs need to be dead-on.

they are the 12mm(i think) bolts that have springs on them and goes into the clutch area.

i know it's vague but work with me.

any help will be great.
