i have an Ipod mini i got last christmas that is in perfect condition.. the only problem is the battery died.. but you can take it to best buy to get it fixed or send it to apple and the will gie you a newe one.. it will come with everything that comes with a brand new one.. i got it for 250 brand new and ill let it go for 150(obo)..

and just to let u know the batteries arnt free, u have to pay around $100 to get one new.

If it is still under warrantee....why dont you get it fixed and working correctly and then try to sell it? seems kind of fishy to me....

no id jus rather have a good cd player then a ipod.. im not to big into ipods.. my uncle got it for me for christmas. Like every 2 weeks you have to download a new version of itunes and i have dial up so it takes over 5 hrs.. its jus a pain in the ***,

well u obviously liked it if the battery died, because it take like a thousand charges to make the battery die out.

you can only use the warranty once and then it costs money but i love mine got like three days of music on it

ya i liked it for the first 6 months when it worked.. but i would charge it for over 2 days.. then turn it on a it would die. then id charge it again and it would turn on for maybe 2 minutes then die. so i jus wanna get rid of it a get money for the quad.

just to let you know so you dont burn anyone, the warranty isnt transferable. it is only good for the origanal owner, and once it switches hands, it is then void. just a heads up to everyone.

like i said, get it fixed (because its free under warantee) and then sell it, you will get more money out of something working than something not working.
